Are Manchester City still ruining the England NT?

Man City perhaps have the best team in the EPL and if they could play like they did against Liverpool last night they could win the title. Unfortunately their benefactor is spoiling the league for other less wealthy clubs and in due course there will be great distress other all within the EPL for how could the majority of teams compete for the league and cups.
