Does RAW ussually air at 9pm or 6pm for those not in Est. Time Zone?

Im from Florida, so it airs at 9 ussually. But in Cali & all the other states not in Est. Time Zone, does it air at 6pm or do they delay it until 9pm for you guys? Which is like 1pm for us?
