What is his problem...?

My boyfriend, if i am cooking, will begin to play a game. then once i am done cooking he continues to play the game and basically ignores me. if i say "Hey hun, what game are you playing?" he'll give me a short answer and not talk to me at all as he plays. and to get his attention i have to say his name like 4 times! what is his problem!?
