Neymar + chicharito = champions league Titles?

I don't really like him for any of these team. I will hate for Rooney to be push back again to a different position while another striker play, a new striker at that, might be good for Chelsea but they are know for hard physical football and I don't think he can make it or he will like it. Man city is a no noo, if they buy another striker without getting raid of some of the current ones' their coach will be one of the worse I have ever seen or known.
