Manchester City ruining football?

I believe the amount of money man city have is ruining football. They have about 250 billion. Chelsea only have 6.5 billion. In my opinion this is just not fair. They are buying every single good player for example. James Milner �25 million, David Silva, Yaya Toure, Edin Dzeko, Fernando Torres. It simply not fair for all of the other teams. Man city are nicking all of the good players all because of their money. What do you think of this situation?
