Help with loose curls for my hair for eighth grade graduation?

yes you can use a straightener to make curls that what i do all you have to do i wrap your hair around it like on a curler as you pull down but if your hair is pin straight like mine the as soon as you make the curl put some hair spray on it and if the curl doesn't look good at first keep trying some of mine came out perfect others i had to keep trying :) have fun graduating. if you didn't understand how to curl it then here is a video to help http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fpl9KYzmJ6s this is exactly what you want but you can use more hair if you want thats what i do cause i have a lot of hair and not much time
