Why doesn't Capello play this team when it is obviously best?

everyone says it, but sadly it is so very true.. England is overrated. John Terry is shite now. Not a single decent or proven keeper, no goal scoring frontman (Rooney needs foreign talent to lay the perfect ball on a silver platter for him to score) and no team chemistry.
