Have you ever noticed when England are in a international major tournament when Rooney plays...?

Its either when every World Cup or Euros comes around they say hes very unfit but as soon as the Premier League starts hes 100% fit is it me or can players like that (Gerrard Lampard Milner etc) can only be instrumental when they have foreign players playing around them.
