Anyone else think aston Villa a serious relegation candidate?

When you consider there are no teams who will flop with less than about 25 points. For example Derby, Portsmouth, Sunderland in former seasons. Granted teams like WBA and wigan are favorites but wont go down without a fight. Also considering Villa have lost milner, young is on his way out, confidence is low, and theyve lost a manager who made them over acheive year after year.
