Help me please with x troubles please :[?

i have this ex boyfriend who 2 months after we broke up started messing with me and my friends and family. he started to text my est guy friend random things and he would confuse my sister and cousin for me "on accident" and i tried to fix things but he called me a whore. now he followed me home 4 days ago yelling out to me saying he had to talk to me. but the next day i talked to him to fix things he acted dumb tell me he "what did i want yesterday" [as in him] what do i do? is he trying to get me back or mess with me? the thing is i still have feelings for him but at this point i dont know what he wants. any suggestions?please?
