Is Ashley Young the best player in the world?

Ashley Young has bags of pace skill, a sensational crossing ability and can finish for fun. What I also like about him, is he is an honest player who doesn't go down too easily under a challenge. Do you think he's the best player in the world too? I'd say after Carew and Milner, Messi is probably the next best.
