Is James Milner really any good?

He's loyal and thats the only reason he's on the England team. A bad idea to go to City. Won't have a regular place in team and if he does he'll have to play on the wing which I think he not as good as in the centre. He does put in an alright cross but is a bit slow. Walcott is the worse player I have seen in the England team lately. Johnson is the best English winger. Lennon better than Walcott so I'd pick him.
