Is Scott Parker worth �20 million and Milner �30 million in your estimation?

Starting with Scott Parker. West ham knows that he is one of their best players and he will want to join a better team next season. So putting a �20m price tag on him will probably keep him at the club, let me explain, teams will see he is a decent player a probably want to buy him, but then they will see the �20m price tag and be put off by that. But with the way footballs going, the players are costing more and more so probably �20m is going to be the norm for a player of Parkers standard in about 3-5 years time. But in my opinion he is worth around 8-12m. James Milner is probably Aston Villas best player and they will want to keep him at the club. But you cant keep a player who doesn't want to stay. So i can see him joining Man City next season. But pretty much the same thing as Parker, i don't think he is worth that much, i would value him at 15-18m.
