Scared out of my mind..Please help!?

ok so this is it i had sex with a girl a one night stand actually about 2 months ago...we started with a condom but it brok eand continued with out it until we both finished...I went for a hiv est about 3 weeks after i had sex because i heard this girl slept around but i knew nothing about this before hand...actually i got tested for everything all STD's and everything came back neg.ative...but this is my problem now 2 months later i have bad muscle aches in my arms and hands...mainly my shoulder,biceps,inner elbows and forarm along with my fingers...and im not doing anything to over exert myself hat would put strainon my arms at all, and i am tired all the time,ill sleep 8 hours and wake up and at some point in the day i need to take a nap to re energize my system i feel like...i dont have a rash and never had a fever at any point after the encounter plus my lymphnoids are not swollen and havent been but i have convinced myself i have hiv and its really driving me crazy...every like thing that happens i jump online to see if its a symptom and sure enough it is but thats because hiv mimics about 600 different illness's....my question is 1. do you think i have anything to worry about, 2. do you think these are tell tale signs that i have hiv and 3. do symptoms come and go or are they there all the time..thanks ahead of time
